Planning your visit
Book online through this site, call our front desk, or visit reception in person. Share your details and a preferred date and time, and we'll confirm with you.
A valid photo ID, your hospital or insurance card, any relevant records or test results, a list of your current medications, and any questions you'd like to ask.
Visiting hours are 5:00, 6:00 am and 4:00, 6:00 pm daily. These windows keep wards restful for recovering patients. For special arrangements, speak with the ward team.
Yes. Wherever possible we honour your preference for a specific clinician. If you're unsure who's the best fit, our team can guide you based on your symptoms and history.

We work with a range of providers. Plans change, so the quickest way to confirm yours is to call our billing team before your visit, they'll check your cover and explain any costs up front.
Settle at the billing desk during your visit. Our team can walk you through insurance claims, payment options or instalment arrangements, and answer any questions on a statement.
Yes. Through DBSC AID, our charity fund, we help cover treatment for patients facing hardship. Speak with our team to learn whether you or a loved one may qualify.
